Shetland Amenity Trust is seeking expressions of interest from experienced operators to run a café in Hay’s Dock at Shetland Museum and Archives.

We are looking for an individual or company with a love of Shetland’s heritage, interested in using the café space to enhance heritage activities and promote employment opportunities.
