Are you a skilled and passionate Workshop Technician looking for an exciting opportunity?

Thulecraft are Shetland’s Agent for Honda, Yamaha and Selva Marine, Honda and Yamaha ATVs, Honda and Husqvarna Lawn & Garden, Honda Industrial, and Honda Motorcycles. We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and provide top-quality service and repairs across our range of products.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, service, and repair machinery from our various Franchises.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
  • Work with diagnostic tools and technical manuals to identify and fix faults.
  • PDi machinery prior to collection by customer.
  • Undertake the fitting out of new build boats with Honda/Yamaha of Selva outboards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and technical advice to clients.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices.
  • Undertake the required Training/Certification.

Requirements:

  • Relevant trade qualification or experience in mechanical repairs and servicing.
  • Experience with diagnostics, electrical systems, and fuel injection technology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A valid driving licence essential (Motorcycle Licence preferred).
