Tax Associate at RSM UK Tax and Accounting Limited
We are looking for a Tax Associate to join our tax compliance and advisory team in the Lerwick office.
Previous experience and qualifications are desirable but not essential as full on-the-job training can be provided as well as the opportunity to achieve a nationally recognised qualification.
This is a varied role predominantly involving corporation tax compliance work and payroll processing, with the opportunity to be involved in personal tax compliance. We support a broad range of clients who operate in a range of sectors, such as technology, manufacturing, leisure and tourism, retail, professional services and construction. In addition, you will have the opportunity to support senior staff by involvement in business development opportunities and networking events.
The successful candidate should have the ability to work well within a team and on their own depending on the size and nature of jobs. We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual who is good at communicating, with strong written and verbal skills.
This post is full-time – 37.5 hours per week but part-time from 30 hours per week will also be considered.
We offer a competitive salary package dependent on experience and qualifications with a range of employee benefits included.
