42.5 hrs per week, one weekend in three

THE ROLE

As part of a small team, you will assist your colleagues in building strong key relationships and ensuring a safe working environment for all.

The successful candidates will be directly reportable to their Site Manager and will have the opportunity to work with the following areas of the farming process: feeding, grading, splitting, fish husbandry, harvesting and general site maintenance.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Candidates must be flexible with working hours and days.
  • Be a good team player but have the ability to work alone when required.
  • Inter-personal and excellent communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Sea survival qualification.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Manual Handling.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Successful candidates will be required to hold and maintain an ML5 Medical Certificate.
