Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Sales Person to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting the perfect furniture pieces for their homes, understanding their needs, providing exceptional service, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. You will also have the opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them in finding the right furniture for their needs.
Provide knowledgeable advice on product features, designs and materials.
Ensure exceptional customer experience by offering personalised service.
Help customers with product selection, pricing and availability.
Maintain the sales floor, including stocking, pricing, organising, and displaying furniture.
Process sales transactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with the latest product offerings and trends, including website changes.
Requirements
Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
Passion for interior design and a love for helping others create their dream spaces.
Bubbly personality.
Professional customer service attitude.
Strong communication skills (by phone/face to face/email).
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Team Player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Basic keyboard skills.
