Plant and Equipment Technician – Permanent Role – Lerwick

Lerwick Engineering and Fabrication have a Plant and Equipment Technician vacancy to join us at our Greenhead base in Lerwick. The role will be to work within a dynamic team across a range of industry sectors.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Carrying out front line maintenance.
• Carrying out day to day preventative maintenance.
• Liaise with operations teams and support with operations when required.
• Collect and maintain documentation to meet safety, quality, compliance and legislation.
• Assume other responsibilities from time to time to support objectives and personal career development.
• Be willing work overtime or shifts as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer focus.
• Understanding of deadline achievements is essential.
• UK driving licence.
