We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Finance, IT & Corporate Services to join our Senior Management Team in Lerwick, Shetland. This is a rare chance to lead a talented team and oversee the financial, IT, and corporate services of our esteemed Association. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Chief Executive and be responsible for the management of Hjaltland’s financial affairs, including maintenance of accounting records, preparation of budgets and financial statements, and the submission of all regulatory returns. You will also manage our Finance, IT and Corporate Services teams, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and excellence.  Your strategic insight will be crucial on financial, auditing, and IT matters. Empowering the Management Committee with the information they need to steer the Association towards its objectives.
