A position has arisen to join the Busta House Team working as our Head Housekeeper.
We are looking for someone hardworking who has experience working with and also supervising a team.
This is a full-time, permanent position:
Housekeeping 09:00 – 17:00ish
Dividing the days work between the team
Training new members of staff
Doing room checks/inspections to make sure rooms are cleaned up to the expected standard
Checking in on the team to ensure rooms are ready by required time
Staying on top of Laundry Washing, Drying & Ironing
Ensuring the Laundry stays clean, tidy and is a safe working environment
Ensuring things are ready for upcoming functions
Liaise with Head Duty Manager for stock orders
This is a supervisory role but does also includes the usual aspects of a housekeeping position:
Cleaning of Public Areas & Public Bathrooms
Cleaning of Customer Bedrooms & Bathrooms for both Stayovers & Departures.
Stripping & Making of beds
Laundry work Washing, Drying & Ironing
Starting wage: Dependent on experience.
Days per week: 5
Weekly Hours: 40 average
