We are seeking a talented and passionate hairdresser/barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in their trade, with excellent customer service skills, and a flair for creativity. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, providing a variety of hair services, from cutting and colouring to styling and treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality hairdressing services, including cuts, colours, and styling.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hairdressing.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
- Promote salon products and services to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications:
- Valid hairdressing qualification and relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of hair cutting, colouring, and styling techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- A passion for creativity and a desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
