  • This role requires you to work on a shift basis which includes weekends. When working on a shift basis, a shift premium applies at a rate of 12.5%.
  • You will work weekend shifts which attract weekend premiums – time and a half on Saturday, and double time on Sunday. This currently ranges from £4,357 to £4,469 per annum.
  • Other benefits include 28.5 days annual leave per year, increasing to 33.5 after 5 years’ service.

Some important things you need to know are:

  • Various background checks, including a Criminal Records Check, will be carried out before you can start.

You’ll be the first point of contact helping passengers and customers so patience, good interpersonal and communication skills are key.  You’ll also ensure all processes and procedures are followed correctly. You’ll be representing the airport at all times so a smart and professional appearance is crucial – we will provide you with full uniform to wear at all times.
