DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (fixed-term contract for 1 year)
Salary: £30,500 pro rata
Hours: 25 hours per week

 

Would you like to help deliver projects that support and strengthen the communities of Nesting, Girlsta and Wadbister? CDCN is seeking a motivated Development Officer to coordinate key projects, secure funding, and build partnerships in line with our 2024–2034 Community Action Plan.

The role involves project development, fundraising, community engagement, and supporting environmental improvements. Strong communication skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work independently are essential.

The post is based at the Aald Skül Community Hub, South Nesting. Some flexibility in working hours is required, with occasional evening or weekend work. Access to a car is essential (mileage allowance provided).
