Bigton Collective invites applications for an HCPC registered Music Therapist to deliver individual music therapy sessions, instrumental lessons and lead a range of therapist-led accessible community groups including Bigton Band, Musical Playtime, Community Singing, Musical Nurture Groups, Creative Support Groups and Song Writer’s Sanctuary. The role also involves taking the lead on fundraising, administration and service development for our community arts programme.

This post is self-funded by client fees and income you generate, with additional grant funding from Creative Scotland YMI Access to Music Making and Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund for Adults. Creative Scotland Multi-Year funding also enables some protected time for leadership and organisational duties within the role.
