Commercial Electrical Manager / Electrician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Electrical Manager to join our electrical team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems and be adept at working in various commercial and domestic settings. This role involves overseeing and executing a wide range of electrical projects, from quotations, installations and maintenance to fault-finding and troubleshooting.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage and coordinate electrical projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets and schedules.
- Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Installation and Maintenance: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and domestic buildings.
- Fault-Finding and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulations.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, addressing their needs and concerns.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Electrician or Electrical Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuitry.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical work
- Full, UK driving licence.
