ABOUT THE JOB
Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS) technology is the new evolving area of aquaculture. If you are eager to learn and be part of the growth and investment of our RAS system in Girlsta there are opportunities arising for people to train as RAS technicians and gain experience and knowledge in this new and innovative area of aquaculture.
Previous aquaculture experience would be beneficial but is not a necessity for this role as full training will be provided as well as the opportunity of further education with regards to SVQ level 2 and 3 in aquaculture. Key requirements would be a willingness to learn and work in an environment that combines technology and biology, as well as collaborating as part of our close-knit team where high standards of fish welfare is at the heart of our goals.
