POLICE are looking for information regarding a reported incident of dangerous driving in which a car is said to have nearly hit a cyclist.
A dark coloured hatchback was seen to be driving at excessive speeds at around 11.30am on Sunday 3 September on the A970 at Girlsta near to the Nesting junction.
It was said to be overtaking vehicles in front and was close to colliding with a female cyclist.
Police are keen to speak to the cyclist, as well as anyone who may have been in the area at the time.
They can be contacted on 101 or visited in person at Lerwick Police Station.
