Court / Pair appear in court on drugs charge
TWO people from Kirkcaldy have appeared in private at Lerwick Sheriff Court accused of being concerned in the supply of drugs.
Steven Davis, 41, and Natasha Leitch, 32, made no plea and were committed for further examination when they appeared from custody on Monday.
Both were released on bail.
Earlier on Monday police said two people had been arrested following the recovery of heroin worth an estimated £20,000 at the Lerwick ferry terminal on Sunday.
Officers said two people were due to appear in Lerwick Sheriff Court in connection with the seizure.
