Emergency services / Coastguard teams called out after boat runs aground
TWO coastguard rescue teams were called out this morning (Monday) following reports of a vessel going aground near Lunna Holm.
There were no reported injuries to the two people aboard.
Coastguard rescue teams from Hillswick and Lerwick were called after the alarm was raised just after 9am, alongside two vessels in the area.
The boat had not taken on water and was refloated with an incoming tide to continue safe passage onwards to Lerwick.
