Police / Body found in search for missing man
POLICE have confirmed that a body was found in the water at Scousburgh this morning (Saturday) following a search for Ian Napier, who had been reported missing.
Formal identification is still to take place however the family of Napier, 58, has been informed.
The death is not believed to be suspicious. A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.
Police were made aware of the body being found at around 11.40am this morning.
A search took place last night (Friday) after Napier was reported missing, with the coastguard helicopter and Lerwick Lifeboat assisting.
