Transport / Ferry disruption expected
NORTHLINK’S Tuesday night sailings are set to be disrupted by forecasted high winds.
The Hjaltland’s arrival from Aberdeen into Lerwick on Wednesday morning is set to be delayed by up to two hours, the ferry operator said.
She could also be delayed by up to an hour arriving into Kirkwall on Tuesday night.
The freight boat Helliar is also set to be delayed arriving into Lerwick on Wednesday morning.
She will sail from Aberdeen at 6pm on Tuesday night, and could be up to four hours late arriving in Shetland the following day.
