News / Gremista roadworks to take place overnight
ROADWORKS across from the Lerwick Power Station are set to start tomorrow (Friday) night.
The works will see a new water connection installed to the Gremista Supply Point.
Traffic light control will be in place, but Shetland Islands Council’s roads department said these works will be carried out overnight to minimise disruption.
The works are estimated to be ongoing until Wednesday 25 September, though the roads department hopes to complete them sooner.
