Court / Woman remanded in custody
A WOMAN has been remanded in custody after appearing at Lerwick Sheriff Court in private on a number of charges including four counts of assault.
Sarah Irvine, or Patterson, whose address was given as Shetland, appeared from custody at the court on Monday on seven charges which also included culpable and reckless conduct and breach of the peace.
The 38-year-old made no plea, was committed for further examination and remanded.
Meanwhile 33-year-old Jessica Richards, whose address was given as Shetland, appeared separately in private from custody accused of being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug.
She made no plea, was committed for further examination and granted bail.
