Letters / As you go to vote
As you go to vote…think about what LibLabConSNP have done to you.
They steal your money in ever greater amounts, anyone on a decent wage is hammered with 40 per cent tax. On a barely surviving salary.
Buying a house is out of reach for increasing numbers of people and rents are at idiotic levels due to over-regulation of the housing sector and increased interest rates.
The trades (or any business) can’t get people to work due to non-academic people being encouraged to go to university and working with your hands being discouraged as “second rate”. An absolute scandal.
It’s also a lie. Imagine a graduate a few rungs up the career ladder, hit with 40 per cent tax *and* student loan repayments. Probably when buying a house and starting a family. “Debt – the money of slaves” springs to mind.
Farmers and fishermen are bound up in red tape so they can’t diversify, they’re restricted and tortured with nonsensical rules that increase the price of food. Groceries have trebled in price in many cases due largely to “net zero” energy policies and over-regulation.
Families are forced to have both parents working to make ends meet, then most of the additional income is taken in child care costs.
Personal, freedom giving, transport is being taxed and regulated out of the hands of all but the relatively wealthy. Transport off these islands is increasingly expensive and unreliable – again due to over regulation and energy costs.
Ex island travel will be almost impossible when “net zero” policies reach their zenith.
We’re paying more tax than at any time since WW2 yet everything is falling apart, the NHS is burning through £190 billion per year (having received all the funding it requested since 2010) and waiting lists are longer than ever.
Our roads are like riverbeds and public transport, an expensive farce.
You are being impoverished, restricted and controlled more and more. Deliberately. As part of the “Net Zero” insanity.
The Lib Dems, SNP, Labour, Conservatives and especially the Greens *all* support this.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
Vote for freedom.
Vote for prosperity.
Vote for independence (real independence).
Vote for sanity.
Vote ReformUK.
