THIS YEAR’s Come to Brae Days event formally opened yesterday afternoon (Friday) ahead of a weekend of fun in the North Mainland village.

Danny Peterson was on hand to cut the ribbon at the Brae Hall to open the event.

There is set to be plenty on offer over the weekend, from football tournaments and zorbing to family friendly activities, facepainting and crafts.

Other events include the Munchies performing at the Delting Boating Club tonight from 8pm, and a carnival parade on Sunday at 4.30pm.

The full programme can be found here.
