General Election 2024 / Robert Smith

Reform UK

Robert Smith

The actions of our elected and unelected “leaders” in the past five years have been so far beyond the pale, I can see no benefit engaging in this election process beyond being a name on the ballot paper for those who share my horror at the activities of our political class.

I saw most of this coming over twenty years ago when – looking through high level EU documents – I came across the term “100% decoupling” in the late nineties. Look it up and reflect on its implications.

It means human activity is banned from having *any* effect on the environment

I have stood against unaccountable power from the start, and campaigned against it for quarter of a century, Brexit was supposed to be a step in that direction but it actually led to the unelected UK administrative state taking the reins from the unelected EU and engaging in “project revenge” of which I warned in 2019.

Unmonitored foreign fishing vessels plundering the seas around our isles while local fishermen are regulated out of business being a good example.

The Covid debacle was useful in that it made our “leaders” show their hands… and how nasty their hands turned out to be! It illuminated the illiberalism of the liberals, the fascism of the left and the true nature of the laughably named conservatives that inhabit 90% of that party.

The four parties before you, Liberal, Conservative, Labour and SNP are as one on *all* the important issues – the issues that will not be discussed at any time during the election. Namely: Net Zero, Globalisation and Monetary policy. Three issues that have impoverished millions and destroyed the future of our young people.

The Green Party is just an anti-human cult.

Net Zero.

0.04% of the atmosphere is co2

97% of atmospheric co2 is from natural processes

3% is accountable to human activity.

1% of human attributable co2 comes from the UK

We are being forced to destroy our way of life and impoverish ourselves to keep 1% of 3% of 0.04% of the atmosphere THE SAME!

The idiotic notion of tweaking that laughably insignificant number through nasty authoritarian government over-reach will adjust global temperature by tenths of a degree, 100 years hence is beyond parody… and testament to the power of propaganda that lots of people believe it.

Your sky high energy bills are a direct result of net zero policies.

Globalisation

In the past 30 years we have suffered an accelerating slide to governance by unelected global agencies, the Communist China dominated UN at the top of the tree, with its network of subsidiaries – the World Bank, the WHO, the IPCC, the WEF to name a few of the worst.

They make the policies that are ruining this country, national governments just implement them.

The only solution is to elect anti globalist government.

Good luck with that, “they” just convicted the only man that can save us – on “Trumped” up charges.

Reform UK is the only anti globalist party on the ballot.

Happily, some leaders are being elected around the world that are beginning to fight back. I hope this gathers momentum and sometime in the future we can be free of global authoritarian statism.

The disastrous and appalling over-reaction to covid was a globalist policy.

Monetary Policy

“Debt – the money of slaves”

UK debt interest payments now sit somewhere North of £120 billion per year. Four times the defence budget.

National debt is off the charts – many £trillions (Don’t listen to nonsense about debt/GDP ratio because it is sleight of hand designed to mask the idiocy of politicians)

We are now engaged in “through the looking glass” Modern Monetary Theory (MMT) where governments borrow at will and indefinitely with no thought to repay any of it.

The rapidly diminishing buying power of your wage is the result.

As our local MP stated at a hustings in the past, that growing our population (to harvest for taxation) was his way (and the way of all main parties) of managing this madness.

Maybe he should study the definition of “Ponzi Scheme”.

Ever wonder why housing is unaffordable?

If you want to be angry about something kids – be angry about that. Because you’ll be handed the bill.

Sadly, with all of this in mind, I won’t be taking any further part in the election process, I fear I won’t have the strength to remain civil – but feel free to vote for me if you want to register your disgust at the present farce.
