I am very glad that a majority of councillors, albeit a very small majority, condemned the Netanyahu government’s genocide in Gaza.

I have just caught up with Tom Morton’s musings about antisemitism (Collusion in antisemitism?, Shetland News 19 February 2024).

It’s worth considering, Tom, that your great leader’s statement, on 11 October 2023, that Israel has the right to withhold power and water from Palestinians, is the most antisemitic remark that anyone has made about the conflict.
