Court / Pair accused of drugs offences
TWO people from Fife appeared at Lerwick Sheriff Court from custody on Monday accused of being concerned in the supply of drugs.
Sean Penman, 42, and Gillian Hay, 41, both made no plea when they appeared in private, were committed for further examination and granted bail.
The pair were also both charged with attempting to pervert the course of justice and carrying an offensive weapon in a public place.
Penman was also charged with drug possession and two road traffic offences.
