Court / Remanded on attempted murder charge
A TWENTY nine year old man has appeared in court charged with assault to severe injury, danger of life and attempted murder.
Tyler Kidd, of no fixed abode, also faced a charge of abduction and having an article with a blade, or that is sharply pointed, in public.
He made no plea or declaration on the three charges when he appeared at Lerwick Sheriff Court from custody in private on Thursday, and was remanded in custody.
Kidd is due to reappear in court within the next eight days.
