Transport / Weather disrupts ferries
THE WHALSAY and Bressay ferry services have been suspended this afternoon (Wednesday) due to the windy weather.
Yell Sound continues to run with a single vessel to the shift timetable.
It comes after NorthLink cancelled tonight’s passenger and freight sailings to and from Shetland.
The Bluemull Sound ferry service remains single vessel too as a result of crew sickness.
