Transport / Single vessel service on Yell Sound on Thursday and Friday

THE YELL Sound ferry service will run with a single vessel on Thursday and Friday following this morning’s breakdown.

Between 6.30am and 5pm the Dagalien will be running every 30 minutes. Bookings are suspended during this time.

From 5.35pm to 11.30pm the vessel will be sailing to a normal timetable and bookings are available.

For more information regarding the timetable, which can be viewed online, people are advised to contact the booking office on 01595 745804.

Shetland Islands Council said it apologises for the inconvenience caused.
