Court / Four appear from custody on drugs charge
FOUR people from Shetland have appeared from custody in Lerwick Sheriff Court accused of being concerned in the supply of drugs.
Forty two year old Kerry Butler, Darren Priest, 36, and Steven Priest, 59, all of Lerwick – and 34-year-old Steven Nicholson from Sandwick – all made no plea when they appeared in private on Monday.
Steven Priest was committed for examination and remanded in custody. He is expected to appear in court again within the next eight days.
The other three were committed for further examination and released on bail.
