Court / Sentence deferred
A MAN from Lerwick has had his sentence deferred after admitting breaching a bail condition.
Nathan Bryant, of Burnside, appeared from custody at Lerwick Sheriff Court on Monday.
The 29-year-old pleaded guilty to possessing a mobile phone on or between 1 December last year and 19 January having not advised police of its telephone number or serial number.
Sentence was deferred until 2 March and Bryant was released on bail.
