Coronavirus / Self-isolation rules impact ferry services
FERRY services across Shetland will continue to be disrupted for the rest of the week as crews self-isolate amid rising Covid numbers across the isles.
The Yell and Bluemull Sound services are only running on a single ferry.
Bookings have been suspended.
Normal service on Yell Sound is expected to resume at the weekend.
Currently those required to self-isolate due to coronavirus in Scotland are required to do so for ten days.
There is an expectation that this period will be reduced to seven days when first minister Nicola Sturgeon gives an update to parliament this afternoon.
