Transport / North boats cancelled
TONIGHT’s (Tuesday) NorthLink ferry sailings between Lerwick and Aberdeen have been cancelled due to the weather.
The northbound freight sailing has also been called off.
NorthLink has also advised that the Kirkwall call on Wednesday’s southbound passenger sailing is under review.
If it is cancelled, the Hjaltland is expected to depart Lerwick at 9pm, with arrival into Aberdeen likely to be around mid-morning on Thursday.
Wednesday’s freight sailing from Aberdeen to Lerwick is under review too.
