News / Hrossey leaves early from Aberdeen
PEOPLE heading north on tonight’s ferry are in for an uncomfortable night with westerly gales.
NorthLink Ferries confirmed this morning (Saturday) that the Hrossey will depart Aberdeen at 4pm, an hour ahead of schedule, and not call at Kirkwall.
The southbound Hjaltland will not be affected by any changes to the timetable and is due to depart from Lerwick at 7pm for Aberdeen.
Sailings of both cargo vessels have been cancelled.
