Newspapers speculated that Cruise may have rented the Triple Sevenyacht to take a break from filming a Mission Impossible movie in England.

However, an alleged sighting of Cruise coming off the boat in Cornwall in late July is thought to have been a yacht staff member who sported a resemblance to the movie star – leading to suggestion he may not actually be on board.

Nevertheless, the yacht is certainly a different sight in Lerwick Harbour in amongst the Dim Riv and the lifeboat.

It is reportedly is worth 38 million Euros and costs more than £400,000 a week to hire.

It arrived in Lerwick this morning (Monday) after sailing up from the west of Scotland.
