Court / Man charged with serious sexual offence
A FORTY two year old man has been released on bail after appearing on a charge of rape at Lerwick Sheriff Court on Monday.
Colin Woodworth, whose address was given as Shetland, made no plea and was committed for further examination.
Woodworth, who appeared in private, is charged under section one of the Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2009.
