Court / Remanded in custody
A THIRTY year old man has been remanded in custody after appearing in relation to charges of rape and sexual assault at Lerwick Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
Jack Johnson, whose address was simply given as Shetland, made no plea and was fully committed. His next appearance in court is to be confirmed.
Johnson, who appeared in private, is charged under sections one, two and three of the Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2009.
