Court / Olejniczak refused bail after admitting breach
A MAN has been remanded in custody for three weeks prior to sentencing after pleading guilty to breaching the terms of a non-harassment order.
Marcin Olejniczak, 43, of Lerwick, admitted two charges under the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act – one relating to the non-harassment order and one relating to a breach of bail.
Sentence has been deferred until 7 July and he will be kept behind bars meantime after being refused bail when he appeared at Lerwick Sheriff Court on Friday.
