Court / Six months in prison for breaching bail

A TWENTY nine year old man has been sent to prison for six months for breaching bail conditions.

Clark Joseph Smith, of Dundee, received the sentence at Lerwick Sheriff Court today (Friday) after admitting the charge.

The six-month sentence will kick in from today’s date.
