Court / Two appear in private at Lerwick Sheriff Court
TWO men on separate petition cases appeared in private at Lerwick Sheriff Court on Wednesday morning.
Grant Morris, whose address was given as Shetland, faced three charges of communicating indecently with an older child.
The 37-year-old made no plea, was committed for further examination and was released on bail.
Meanwhile, Stephen Burnett was charged with two contraventions of the misuse of drugs act 1971, including being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs.
Fifty six year old Burnett, from Lerwick, made no plea and was committed for further examination. He was also released on bail.
