Court / Remanded in custody
A MAN from Lerwick has been remanded in custody after appearing in court on six charges.
Marcin Olejniczak faced three charges of assaulting a police officer in the execution of their duty when he appeared from custody on Tuesday.
The 42-year-old was also charged with two instances of assault to injury, while he also allegedly resisted, obstructed or hindered a police officer in execution of their duty.
Olejniczak was remanded in custody ahead of a trial date of 8 July.
The case was dealt with by Aberdeen Sheriff Court by video link.
