Court / Accused of assault
A MAN from Lerwick has been remanded in custody after appearing in court accused of assault.
Craig Nelson, 41, appeared from custody in private at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Monday via videolink to make no plea on three charges.
He faced two charges of assault and one charge of behaving in a threatening or abusive manner.
Nelson was committed for further examination and remanded in custody.
