Court / Man pleads not guilty to drugs charge
A MAN appeared from custody at Lerwick Sheriff Court on Monday on a charge of being concerned in the supply of heroin.
Ebrahim Abdullah Hassan, whose address was given as Grampian Prison, pleaded not guilty to the charge.
The 57-year-old was accused of being concerned in the supply of the class A drug at an address at Lerwick’s Hoofields on or between 1 May 2019 and 23 October 2019.
Hassan was remanded in custody ahead of a trial on 30 March.
