News / NorthLink ferry leaves at midday
FERRY operator NorthLink has confirmed that today’s (Saturday) southbound service from Lerwick to Aberdeen will now leave at 12 noon rather than that 7pm as scheduled.
Despite the early departure arrival into Aberdeen on Sunday morning could be delayed as Storm Ciara approaches.
There is no northbound sailing as the Hjaltland is now on her way to the dry dock at Rosyth. Both freight services are cancelled.
