Transport / Ferry could leave Lerwick seven hours early
SATURDAY’s southbound ferry sailing from Lerwick to Aberdeen could leave seven hours early – if it goes at all.
NorthLink Ferries said the sailing is under review due to the weather.
If it goes ahead, it will leave Lerwick at midday instead of 7pm.
Saturday’s southbound freight sailing is also under review.
Friday’s southbound passenger trip is due to leave at 3pm instead of 5.30pm, while the freight journey to Aberdeen has been cancelled.
