Court / Man appears from custody
A MAN from Lerwick has appeared in court accused of being concerned in the supply of drugs at the Gilbert Bain Hospital.
John Prendergast, of Norgaet, appeared from custody on Tuesday.
The 41-year-old was accused of being concerned in the supply of diamorphine at the Lerwick hospital on 8 April last year.
He made no plea and had his case continued to tomorrow (Wednesday) before being remanded in the meantime.
