Police / Witnesses sought after Lerwick altercation
POLICE are looking to speak to anyone who may have witnessed an assault in Lerwick’s town centre last month.
Officers say a man exited a white motor vehicle on Mounthooly Street on 22 September at around 8pm before approaching another male and punching him in the face.
The altercation is said to have occurred near Stems.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland in Shetland on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800555111. Alternatively they can attend at Lerwick Police Station.
