Court / Go behind the scenes of Lerwick Sheriff Court
THE PUBLIC will be given behind the scenes access to Lerwick Sheriff Court on Saturday (28 September) as part of a Doors Open Day event.
On offer between between 10am and 2pm will be talks and tours of the building, as well as visits to the cells and a custody van.
A mock trial will be held at midday, and there will be demonstrations of court technology.
Lerwick Sheriff Court, which was built in 1875, is located on King Erik Street.
