Police Scotland is appealing for witnesses after a BMX bike was reported stolen at Hoofields in Lerwick.
The theft is reported to have occurred between 11pm on Monday night (8 July) and 1am on Tuesday morning (9 July).
The bike is described as a gents black BMX bike with a 20 inch frame and blue pedals and tan/orange coloured wheels.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Police on the non-emergency number 101, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111 or online at http://www.crimestoppers-uk.org/. No personal details will be taken, information is not traced or recorded and anyone with information will not go to court, according to the police.
