News / Police appeal after Sound Primary School vandalism

POLICE are investigating reports of damage caused to playground equipment and an exterior wall at Sound Primary School in Lerwick.

Officers say the vandalism took place at some point between Friday evening and Monday morning.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Lerwick Police Station on 101.

Police are also keen to hear from anyone who may know about the theft of lead from a garden in Lerwick.

The metal was taken from a property on Greenfield Place at some point over the last week.
